About Arkfin

Arkfin Investments and Advisors Private Limited (formerly Plunge Investments Private Limited) was incorporated in May 2018 and is registered with RoC Mumbai. It is the parent of Arkfin Housing Finance Private Limited, an NBFC and an insurance-broking business, and was set up by Anil K. Sachidanand, who spent three decades in banking and lending, including as CEO of Aspire Home Finance.

The group's model is to build small, capital-light lending and distribution businesses aimed at self-employed and informal-income borrowers in Maharashtra and neighbouring states, funded by equity from HNI investors rather than public markets.

Consolidated revenue was ₹5.43 Cr in FY24 according to registry-linked data; the housing-finance subsidiary reported under ₹10 Cr of revenue in FY25. The company is still sub-scale and its dealer quote carries no meaningful bid.

Altius Investech shows a buy price of ₹70 against a nominal sell price of ₹0.01, i.e. effectively no bid. Figures preliminary; verify from MCA filings.
