What works
- • The Apollo brand and clinical network in a region with limited tertiary-care supply.
- • Consistently profitable: FY25 PAT ₹31.6 Cr on ₹220 Cr income, a 14% net margin, with little debt.
- • Parent keeps buying minority shares, providing a reference price and a potential exit.
What to watch
- • Single 200-bed hospital; growth needs capacity expansion that has not been announced.
- • Free float is small (about 29%) and dealer liquidity is thin.
- • Apollo bought shares at about ₹208 in FY25, well below the ₹440 Altius buy price.
- • Prior-year figures and balance-sheet items are estimates pending MCA verification.
