About Capgemini India
Capgemini Technology Services India is the Indian delivery and engineering arm of a global technology consulting group, formed through several mergers including the erstwhile listed Indian entity.
The business delivers application development, cloud and infrastructure, engineering R&D and business process services largely to group companies overseas.
Because most revenue is billed to affiliates, margins are set by transfer pricing arrangements rather than direct client negotiation.

What works
- • Very large, stable delivery base with one of the biggest headcounts in Indian IT services.
- • Captive demand from the global parent reduces client concentration and collection risk.
- • Consistently profitable with a strong net cash balance sheet.
What to watch
- • Free float is tiny, so the stock is extremely illiquid and prices can be stale.
- • Transfer pricing policy, not market pricing, drives reported margin.
- • No relisting is expected, so there is no exchange exit route.
