About TABP Snacks
TABP Snacks and Beverages Private Limited makes mass-market packaged snacks and soft drinks priced mostly at ₹5 and ₹10 — centre-filled snacks, choco flakes, cheese-pop and tomato-masala extruded snacks, fruit-flavoured drinks and chocolate chips — from plants around Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Founded in 2018 by Prabhu Gandhikumar of the Gandhikumar Group, it targets kirana and small-town distribution in South India and has expanded into six states.
Revenue has scaled from about ₹4 Cr in FY19 to roughly ₹212 Cr in FY25, and management has publicly talked of an ₹800 Cr revenue ambition. Beverage capacity was around 5 million bottles a day by late FY25. The company has raised about ₹26 Cr of outside equity, including a $3 million round led by LC Nueva, with Lighthouse Canton, Sona Yukti, Valuable Structuring & Advisory Services and Probhus Ventures among investors.
Dealer quotes are unusually high per share because the share count is small: Altius Investech showed a buy price of ₹29,999 and a sell price of ₹20,000 on 21 September 2026, a wide spread that signals thin liquidity.
Figures preliminary; verify from MCA filings. Only the FY25 revenue headline and the funding total are reported figures; profit, balance-sheet lines, share count and the incorporation day are estimates pending the AOC-4 and MGT-7 filings.

What works
- • Roughly 50x revenue growth in six years (₹4 Cr in FY19 to ₹212 Cr in FY25) on a low-price, high-volume model.
- • Owns manufacturing rather than outsourcing, which protects margins at the ₹5–₹10 price point where third-party packing is uneconomic.
- • Backing from LC Nueva, Lighthouse Canton and other institutional investors, with the founder's group as anchor.
What to watch
- • Profit margins in ₹10 snacks and drinks are thin; input-cost swings in sugar, PET and edible oil can wipe out earnings.
- • Concentrated in South India against national brands (PepsiCo, Haldiram's, Balaji) that are pushing into the same price points.
- • Very few shares outstanding and a 33% bid–ask gap on dealer screens make entry and exit expensive.
- • Financial data in this profile is largely estimated; the company is a private limited company with limited public disclosure.
